Goshen Fairgrounds hosting New England balloon fest
A balloon launched during the New England Balloon Festival at the Goshen Fairgrounds on Friday hovers over Woodridge Lake before landing on the water due to a loss of wind. The balloon landed safely on the water, remained upright and was towed to shore by a boater. Contributed photos.
