Brady and Smart win titles in Stonybrook club match

The Stonybrook club championship tournament concluded on Sunday with Sean Brady prevailing over Tom Mitchell in the championship flight, 3-1, and Kim Smart outplaying Dan Brinkoff in the first flight, 4-3.
To get to the championship round, Sean Brady played his father Kyle in a match that ended on the 16th hole with Sean leading 3-2.
Ron Johnson pushed his semifinal match with Tom Mitchell to the 17th hole with Mitchell winning 2-1.
The first flight featured a dramatic match between Randy Kinkade and Dan Brinkhoff. They were tied at the end of 18 holes, and Brinkhoff won its on the 19th hole.
In the other semifinal, Kim Smart won 7-6 over Larry Browning.
