Wamogo Regional High School soccer standout Ryan De Lello has signed a national letter of intent to play soccer at Central Connecticut State University next year.
De Lello, a midfielder from Morris, helped lead Wamogo to the Class S tournament semifinals last fall. He served as the Warriors’ captain and made the All-Berkshire League team. De Lello also played for the CFC United club team the past three years.
"We are incredibly excited to have Ryan joining our NCAA Division I program,” Central Connecticut coach Shaun Green said. “He is a speedy and talented midfielder who will make an immediate impact as a freshman. He has a great work ethic and an outstanding attitude on and off the field."
