Former Litchfield resident David Cappello, of Avon, completed his fifth Ironman triathlon over the weekend in Mont Tremblant, Quebec. He finished a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride and a 26.2-mile run in 11 hours, 30 minutes.
