Goshen's American Legion Post 46 will mark Memorial Day with a parade on May 30 at 2 p.m. The parade will begin at Goshen Center School and proceed to Goshen Center Cemetery for a service led by Post 46. The post will present its annual Good Citizen Award during the service.
