Jim Zoldy of Goshen photographed this bear strolling on the center section of the Litchfield Green at 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Jim did not get close enough to ask the bear if it had permission from the Borough of Litchfield Board of Warden and Burgesses to be on the Green.
