The bonfire scheduled to be held Saturday to kick off Litchfield's year-long observance of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence has been postponed due to anticipated wet weather. It has been rescheduled for Jan. 17 beginning at 4:45 p.m. in the center of town.
